View/GoTo/Foder... (or "g")
Foder dialog contains what appears to be a text entry field
Typing "blind" opens a new text entry field

However, clicking in the apparent initial entry field makes the dialog useless
as it does not respond to keystrokes in this state. Only Cancel or clicking on
a folder name can get out of this situation.  The requirement to blindly type
without focusing on that apparent entry field is less than intuitive.
