Patch for review

Dear all,

For various reasons I regularly receive PGP/MIME messages, which include
protected headers. Claws Mail with PGP/MIME display these headers in front of
the message and wastes a lot of screen space.

I created a patch to
a) suppress the display of these headers by exceptional handling in
textview/..add_parttextview/..add_part
b) prepare adding the headers to the msginfo->extradata for later processing
(e.g. matching with current headers.

Please see attached patch, review and consider to apply or provide feedback on
improving it.
