Yes, I noticed. No idea why suddenly - I guess Mozilla Thunderbird are
desperately trying to get the older Thunderbird holdouts to move (we
are stuck with and older version at work because of a couple of addons
we rely on that they totally broke and we cannot get replaced) or
somesuch. Possibly as they are pushing for PGP to be included/used by
default?
