[Users] This e-mail can not be properly validated

The copies that I myself receive of the last couple of emails that I
have sent have included the notification:

> ### Caution!  This e-mail can not be properly validated and may not be
> from the sender in the 'from' field.  ....

We wonders us why?  I am subscribed to this list, and initially there
were no such cautions accompanying emails that I sent.  What has
changed?  What action should I take?
