DM: Perhaps a bit OT, but I appreciate the professional courtesy you've
both (Paul and Carlo) shown by this point in the dialogue on this. I
can identify with the frustration of thinking I am right (whether I
happen to be or not) and someone else disagreeing with me (whether
respectfully or not). So, thanks to both of you for setting an example
