[Users] Mail header not displayed.

Mostly mail headers are not displayed above the message. If I click on the first little
icon right of the mail then the mail header is displayed. Can that become permanent?
When I hover the mouse over the icon "message/rfc822" is displayed and when I look into
mime-type editing then text edit is shown for this type. Perhaps that is incorrect?
