I read that you need to verify via the following URL from the computer you are trying to collect mail from: http://www.google.com/accounts/DisplayUnlockCaptcha I also read that this is necessary only for POP, not IMAP. I don't know if that will help, but worth a try if you haven't already done so. with regards Paul
