They are POP accounts, each one has its own Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Queue, Trash
folder. The only shared folder is Spam: it is on the first account and
bogofilter is configured to move spam and suspected spam there for every
account.

Yes.

Yes, and it was set to the same account the Sent folder belongs.
Strange thing is: I tried switching it off, and then replying to own sent mails
I got the "From" field set to the correct account, the one I used to send the
original mail. Moreover, now, after I switched it back on, I have the same
behavior.
I'm confused :))
