Hunk lines are indeed lines in text blocks that describe what is different
between several compared text files, in a `diff` output (could be the diff
command or a diff comment from a repository management system). Such lines can
appear in specific colors, in order to distinguish more easily what changed and
what is described by the diff output (mostly: lines removed - commonly in red,
lines added - commonly in green).

Simon, this tracker is not the right place to discuss translations or request
for translation help (you didn't know, you did it, there's nothing wrong in
