[Users] Automatically decrypt messages

Hi,

Just a quick patch that adds a new preference "Automatically decrypt
messages" which is something that, obviously, is already a thing.

The point of it is indeed that it can be turned off, meaning a button
will then be shown for encrypted messages, that one must click to
manually trigger the decryption.

Because it may happen that one deals with encrypted messages, and that
the passphrase prompt poping up as part of the decryption process
turns out to be annoying/unwanted at times when selecting/openning a
message.
