[Users] Hot linking images

I have CM 3.17.3

There's one person that I'd like to send a photo as part of my
signature.

I'd like to not include it in the email but as a hotlink. She's on
gmail. 

Is there a way of hot linking? In HTML it would be something like:

<a href="https://www.website.com"><img border="0" alt="photo descrip" src="https://www.website.com/image.jpg"></a>
