[Users] Automatically expanding folders

Ok, I have just checked. I wrongly thought the behaviour when dragging
an email was the same as when dragging a folder - which is what I do
regularly when filing emails.

With dragging and dropping _both_ folders and emails then hovering will
cause the folder to expand.

However:

When dragging and dropping an _email_ and releasing it quickly it
will _not_ expand the folder.

When dragging and dropping a _folder_ and releasing it quickly it
_will_ expand the folder.

It is the latter behaviour (dropping folders) I want to inhibit the
auto expansion.

Sorry I generated confusion by assuming the behaviours were
similar.

Dick
