[Users] How to set scroll offset setting for all the messages lists ?

Thanks for the quick response.
Is it something that I can make a feature request for?
I think even a config file variable is perfectly ok, it doesn't need to
be in the GUI. Something similar to the hidden configs that are already
present in claws.
