No, the Templates in the Account preferences do not offer the From
header.

However, either the general Templates (/Configuration/Templates) and
the folder Templates (right-click folder, choose 'Properties') do.

So, for example, if you filter those ml msgs to a certain folder, you
can set a Template for that folder.

Alternately, as has already been suggested, you can create an
SMTP-only account. Filtering those ml msg to a folder and setting
this new account as the default account in the folder properties
would automate that.
