[Users] clawsker build issues on openSUSE

clawsker is built for openSUSE systems by the packman group. (I don't
know why it isn't in the main repositories like claws-mail itself.)

There are apparently problems building clawsker for Leap 15.1 which are
discussed starting at

I don't fully understand - as I noted there I managed to build and run
the current version on Leap 15.0 with no issues - but I thought I'd
post a link here so any interested parties can take a look.
