[Users] Annoying scan of already read emails

CM keeps a cache of scanned messages, so it shouldn't rescan them over
and over everytime you open a folder. Looks like in your case, the
cache is not working, though.

Is this a local mailbox (MH format in Claws Mail), or IMAP?
