You find replies to your own mails in your inbox. They are directly addressed to your self.
To achieve that, subscribe only to mailing lists with usable rules, where reply-to-all is not considered harmful. Even if it means a given mail arrives twice on your account. Would one really want to look through hundreds of mails in a reply-only-to-list mailing list for potential replies in a discussion?
