This does not work for me,

neither LC_ALL=de, LC_ALL=de_DE nor LC_ALL=de_DE.utf8

The UI text is correctly translated and so is the "Am ... schrieb ..."
(English: "On ... ... wrote"). Only date and time are not correctly translated.
I am using Gentoo Linux with glibc-2.25-r10.
