I dare say, but the OP doesn't seem very clued-up about how 
things work, and I might not plough through the debug output,
or put the effort in to understand what it shows.

Looking at what's on the provider's server using a differnt 
interface (and sending test messages to see what happens
to them - which I guess they might not be able to do) might
be easier - never mind the details just test the effects.
