File->Add Mailbox->MH

This adds a local mailbox which uses MH format, it allows you to store
locally so that, for instance, you can queue mail or drafts offline for
when you don't have access to a remote mailbox such as IMAP.

Each folder can be set to point at an MH mailbox, so only those you
need to be local use this mechanism.
