This still creates the structure:

     A
     +- B
     +- C
     +- D

Can you share a version which creates this structure?

     A
     +- B
        +- C
           +- D

I understand that if D is a reply to B it will be
wrong. But if the script does the second thing perhaps
selecting only B and D and running again the action
could fix that too.
