More generally: Define an early filter for the specific account(s) you
want to exclude, which sets a tag on them (say, "exclude filter X"). In
the condition for the target filter(s), you can check for the presence
of this tag. You can remove the tag in another filter in the end (even
if the target filters stop processing -- because when the tag is
present, they won't apply...)
