The extraheaderrc file format is a header per line, ending in a colon
(:).

The disallowed headers are these:
"Date"
"From"
"To"
"Sender"
"Message-ID"
"In-Reply-To"
"References"
"MIME-Version"
"Content-Type"
"Content-Transfer-Encoding"
