[Users] Format of extraheaderrc

Further to the above, I've just noticed that when opening the Compose
window, the following message gets printed to the console:

Claws-Mail-Message: 13:01:39.736: invalid extra header line:

So obviously Claws Mail is processing the file but somehow choking on
it.  Here is the contents of my extraheaderrc file:

In-Reply-To

Is it possible that I'm prohibited from specifying this particular
header?  I want to manually specify the In-Reply-To header in order to
reply to a message that I no longer have (but whose Message-ID I know).
