You probably don't see why inserting or replacing can be useful or
don't need the distinction; in your case, use replace, as inserting
depends where the cursor is.

Templates can be applied automatically to the whole new composition or
reply, when set in folders' properties or account prefs. This is maybe
what you should prefer?

Attachments were broken in 3.16.0 (and maybe before), this is already
fixed in repository, you'll have to wait for next version or compile
from the sources.
