I had to rebuild it including gtkosx after upgrading to OSX 10.13,
so old version still usable. But building gtk for osx was a pain as it
didn't work out of box, so until that stabilizes I don't see
anyone trying to rebase old patches that depend on it.
If you manage to build gtkosx, I can dig out list of commands
to build claws-mail from my CLI history.
btw:
you don't need anymore gtkosx off-tree patch mentioned in
above bug as it's been merged upstream since then.
