[Users] Filter/action problem

I'm trying to run some action within a filter and it's not working

I'm trying to get a text file that list the subject lines from an
email as it is moved into a folder:

Condition: to_or_cc match "fail2ban@"

Action: execute "grep \"^Subject:\\ \" %f >> fail2ban.txt" move "#mh/Mailbox/work/server"

It does move the email to the proper folder, but it doesn't export
the subject line.

When running the action from the tool menu > action,
it works but not when running in the filter.

What am I doing wrong?
