Sorry, I was not really awake when I read and replied! It's all about
%cursor / %X, indeed.

%cursor or %X, nothing else.

I think I reproduce it, %X has apparently no effect, whatever I put it
somewhere in the template body or another template field (subject, to,
etc.).
