That's fixed.  But...  none of the previous suggested fixes solves my
problem where remote content just does not load on _some_ messages.

I have examples of messages which work fine up to a time when the senders
changed something in their format (initially thought it was https v.
http); then all subsequent messages do not load remote content while
older ones still do. 

My issue is sender/message specific...  one sender changed 8/16/16,
another 10/11/16
