[Users] vCalendar plugin

[Bob Williams]

I am using the version of Claws-Mail (3.15.0) from the openSUSE Leap 42.2 repo. I can't find the vcalendar plugin in the list of loadable plugins. Has it been dropped or do I have to import it from elsewhere? If so, how?
