I did misunderstand what you suggested re:
"Content_Disposition:attachment". And indeed, most of the software
lists of which I'm a member do "inline" attachments.

I did find that "forward as attachment" works for "one generation" -
until the next list member attaches it "inline" ;)

Hmmm, must've been a "user error" - mine was set to "Collapse from Level
2".
What would be nice: If "Quote level" was a filter action - then lists
that discuss programming could be set to quoting "off" - while other
lists could be set to a given level :)
