[Users] for some reason the sent messages are not filtered

Hi,

take a look at

Help > Manual

  "Filtering

  Once you have a nice folder hierarchy in place, you'll probably want
  Claws Mail to sort your _incoming_ emails automatically, in order to
  avoid having to move messages manually each time they _arrive_. For
  this you can use the Filtering feature."

IOW Claws doesn't provide filters for outgoing mails.

You could use a workaround, e.g. right click on your claws folder >
Properties... > Compose >
[x] Save copy of outgoing messages to this folder instead of Sent
