Thanks Olivier Brunel - that patch works great for me as well, and seems to do
exactly the minimal set of changes - making the attachment show up as
"signature.asc" instead of "noname" with no changes to the disposition.

I can't see how this would cause any issues for spam filtering, etc - it seems
to be what mutt, thunderbird+enigmail, etc do.
