Forgot to mention, I'm on Win10 Anniversary Edition, and I first tried the
64-bit version of 3.14.1-1 (which crashed), then uninstalled it and installed
the 32-bit version of 3.14.1-1 (which crashed in exactly the same way), then
uninstalled it and installed the version that Andrej suggested below, which
seems to be working.
