LXDE is a desktop environment, I don't know how this desktop
environment handles autostart. Openbox is a window manager, I'm using
it and I know what I'm talking about. You mentioned that the window
manager should fix desktop files, but since openbox doesn't use them at
all, there's no need to care about desktop files at all.
