[Users] Unwanted signature padding

I just installed Linux (Fedora 24, 64-bit) on a brand new hard
drive and after the install, Claws updated to 3.14. 

What I noticed in the signature, is when it's placed in the Compose
message screen automatically from the signature file I created, there
are /two/ newlines above the -- separator, which I believe is the 
correct placement, since the message would be started on the first
line. with a blank line between the end of the message and the
signature separator.
