[Users] Fedora 25 upgrade renders Claws Mail unusable

Assuming your information is correct, than clearly the Fedora upgrade
process, resp. the usage of it went wrong. Beyond doubt something completely
unrelated to claws-mail went wrong. You should contact Fedora support
and describe detailed how you've done the upgrade from one to another
Fedora release.
