Another option, not yet mentioned, is this.

Configure the Bogofilter plugin to 'Only mark as spam', then in your
final filtering rule use the Condition 'Flags' - 'Spam' is Set, and
an Action to delete or move (as you require). If those messages that
you don't want to delete are moved to a sub-folder in a preceding
rule then they will not be deleted.

Another possibility is to use the Bogofilter plugin option, 'Whitelist
senders found in address book ....'.

You might just find that training bogofilter will work. Use 'Mark as
Ham' on those false positives.
