[Users] Strange display flickering.

Using debian testing and the supplied versions of Claws & Openbox.

At fairly random intervals, I get what seems to be very fast attempts to
redraw Claws windows when they are uncovered by another application's one
closing or moving. This results in only a partial redraw, and I have to scroll
the Claws one up then down again to clear the problem.

No other applications seem to have this problem.
