[Users] Bsfilter does not work in Claws in Windows 7 64-bit

Dear Andrej,

Thank you for telling me how to find clawsrc.

Thanks also for working on the bsfilterw.exe problem. Until the new version
is ready, would an effective work-around be for me to add "C:\Program Files
(x86)\Claws Mail" to my PATH?
