Ok. Then you need to provide more (accurate) information.
e.g. the debug output when this happens (start with `claws-mail --debug`).
Does this happen with the latest claws-mail release (3.13.2)?

If you're saying that this happens on Mint, but doesn't happen on ubuntu with
the very same version, then it appears to be a local problem, and is still,
therefore, INVALID.
