[Users] claws-mail.exe --help does not work under Windows 7 ? No cmdline parameter? Syntax?

After having installed ClawsMail on Windows 7 I switched to the installation directory and typed in

claws-mail --help 

similar to Linux.

But there is no output. Even not an error message. Same with

claws-mail -help

and 

claws-mail /help

and

claws-mail /?

Does claws-mail not understand cmdline parameters under Windows?

How else can I get the cmdline paramter syntax (for Windows)?
