AFAICS one of the deltas is a feature switch I cannot have in Debian¹,
so I can hardly apply this one. If it's applied upstream it's OK, as
long as it builds fine in non-ubuntu systems (which I suspect has never
been tested), otherwise I would have to apply another patch in Debian to
fix or remove it... so, still a delta, nothing gained :) but I guess we
can sort it before reaching that point.

The other delta is of switching to autoreconf seems good to me, if
doesn't break anything. Feel free to bugreport claws-mail package so I
don't forget for next release.
