I don't know about the PPA, but I'll look at merging and updating CM for
Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.

Given that we're past final beta freeze and 10 days out from final freeze, all
package uploads have to be approved by the archive admins, so it's not certain
we'll get 3.13.2 into Xenial even if the merge goes smoothly.

In the future, do feel free to ping me, or to file a bug on Launchpad when a
sync is needed:

I read this mailing list via Gmane and sometimes fall behind. I don't always
notice that a merge is necessary, but now I'm subscribed to bug-mail for the
package in Ubuntu so filing a bug should be enough to get my attention.

CM is my main MUA on Ubuntu, and I'm an Ubuntu core-dev, so I'm motivated and
able to help keep it up-to-date. It's unfortunate that Ubuntu carries some
deltas over Debian because it means that we can't even sync it automatically
when the Ubuntu archive is open for Debian syncs. Maybe Ricardo and I can
figure out a way to get the Ubuntu changes into Debian (I'm also a DD) so that
the distros will stay in sync automatically, modulo release freezes.

Cheers,
-Barry
