[Users] Claws Mail FAQ

Hi,

FYI, the Claws Mail FAQ is now once again open to new accounts. It
was heavily targeted by spammers previously, and dealing with that
took so much of my time that I decided to shut up shop. However, now
we have an update, and all new accounts need to be confirmed
and approved, so I'm opening the floodgates again.

So please do feel free to add information and edit information there.
