[Users] How to sort folder list case insensitively?

Thanks Andrej,

 I doubt they're special folders. I named them myself, from within my
 Dovecot server and then just imported the messages.

How would I deduce whether these capitalized folders are special
folders? I mean the names are OpenBSD, Postgres, and Vim, not INBOX or
