[Users] Windows Live Mail displays my email content as attachment

I encounter this with the ISO-8859-2 encoded messages - which is not
recognized by this "awesome" M$ application. After using the UTF-8, the
particular user stop the complain.
BTW, the message was signed too (as mentioned by the Brad), but it was
signed in both encodings...
