Information from my last mail's header that I would remove using msmtp,
assumed I would be interested to do so. Perhaps when the mail is in the
Queue folder, it could be removed using an external editor, e.g. by an
action, before sending.

I'll test it, only keep In-Reply-To, but remove Date, Message-ID,
Content-Type and -Encoding.
