[Users] Can't check S/Mime signatures with Claws 3.11.1 on Ubuntu 14.02

If you have gnome-keyring installed S/Mime will never work with
claws-mail.

A quick test which will show whether GnuPG and gpg-agent is configured
correct and will work with claws-mail is to install gpa (Gnu Privacy
Admin) and see if it complains. If it doesn't GnuPG should work with
claws-mail.
