[Users] Can't check S/Mime signatures with Claws 3.11.1 on Ubuntu 14.02

Do I really need all that SSH specific stuff to get Claws S/Mime check
working ? I didn't have that before.

Is there a way to check outside of Claws if GnuPG and the agent is set
up correctly ?
